Are all items on your website available as corporate gifts?
All items on our website are available as corporate gifts
Is there a volume discount?
Yes, there is!
20 to 35 items: 10% off the retail price.
36 to 100 items: 15% off the retail price.
Over 100 items: 20% off the retail price.
Do you gift wrap?
We do not gift wrap. Each item is wrapped in eco paper wrap and most are placed inside a beautiful gift box. The matching Kitras Art Glass hang tag will be attached to the item. A Kitras Art Glass Handmade description card will also be included.
Can you customize an item?
Generally, no. If you wish to order custom colours on an existing item, please let us know which item interests you and we can discuss your options. This will be dependent on volume.
Shipping
What is your lead time?
We require up to 10 weeks to fulfill a corporate order, depending on the item and quantity. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping after the order leaves our studio.
Can you drop ship?
If you wish to order a large quantity of items to be shipped to individual addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address on our retail website. We will provide you with a code to receive the appropriate discount on each order and shipping charges will apply.

Can you add our logo?
If you wish to print a tag with your logo to be attached to the item, you will need to send the finished tag to us. We can provide one of our tags to show your printer. There will be a small charge per item to attach your logo tag. We do not offer to hand-write messages for items. If this is something you’re interested in pursuing please discuss with your customer service representative.
What method of payment do you accept?
You can order on kitras.com with VISA, MasterCard or AMEX. If your company does not use credit card, you can discuss alternative payment options with your customer service representative.
